The second gate of the temple area - the Pheasant Gate. The pheasant was a unit of measurement in ancient times, with a city wall measuring three zhang in length and one zhang in height. It also has the meaning of being tall and magnificent. The date of the construction of the Zhimen Gate is unknown. In the 18th year of the Qianlong reign of the Qing Dynasty, Han Tong donated funds to repair it in the former Muzhong Prefecture. Its surface is three rooms wide and two rooms deep, with a Xieshan style roof.
